If I can’t find a model I’m looking for on, but I know it exists can you still get it for me?
If you contact us with the details of the model you’re after we will do our utmost to source it for you.

How quickly is an order dispatched after I’ve made a purchase?
Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  Some products are ordered in specifically for you so delivery times may vary across certain product ranges, in most cases delivery will be within 3- 5 working days.

How do I know when my order has been confirmed?
We will email you a confirmation after you have placed your order and once again when the product has been dispatched.

What is the difference between ready to run model kits and normal model kits?
Ready to run (RTR) model kit options are pre-built model kits which are fully functioning out of the box. This differs from normal model kits which require construction before they can be used and often require the purchase of compatible remote control equipment.  Most RTR kits come with everything you need to sail, fly (almost ready to fly ARTF) or drive!

Can I order more than one model kit / product?
During the order process you will be able to adjust the quantity of the model kit or product you’ve ordered.

Can I specify a delivery day and time? How is it delivered?
Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee which day your order will be delivered. The Delivery method varies depending on the contents of your order. Small items are typically dispatched by Royal Mail (3-4 working days) whereas larger items are sent via courier.  If you have a specific requirement, please let us know by specifying in the comments box during the checkout process, and we will do our utmost to help!

Do you buy or sell second hand model kits?
No we do not buy or sell second hand model kits.

If no-one is in to receive the parcel, what happens next? Will I have to pay delivery again?
If the courier tries to deliver your parcel and there is no-one available to sign for the goods, they will leave a contact number for you to call and rearrange a delivery time. If you are happy for your goods to be left with neighbors, please specify in the comments box during the checkout process. If you do not call the courier will try to deliver 2 or 3 more times after which they will return the goods us. If this happens unfortunately we would have to make an additional charge (as couriers will charge us again to re-send the parcel).

Can I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please contact us and we will advise you on how best to do this.

Can I pay by cheque/postal order?
Yes. Please contact a member of our customer service team for further instructions on how to pay by cheque or postal order. Please note all payments must be made out in UK Pound Sterling (£) We are unable to accept international currency.

How can I contact your customer services?
You can contact our customer services via our online webform If you need us to phone you please include your phone number in your message. We aim to respond to all queries within 2 working days, however occasionally due to resource there may be unavoidable delays. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
